Emma Abrams was born in California to evangelical missionaries, spending much of her childhood in Peru and Ecuador. She keeps busy with reading, dragon-slaying, snipe-hunts, and merriment. (Well, writing is an adventure!) She has three grown children and six grandchildren, all of whom she loves dearly. She currently lives in British Columbia with her husband and their ‘llama-eyed’ dog Penny who is the sweetheart of their neighborhood.
